Goodwill Homes Subdivision - AMENITIES

The subdivision has stringent rules regarding security within the community. The gate is manned by efficient guards who enforce the policy on cars: “No Sticker, No Entry”. Thus if you don’t have a car sticker, you will have to obtain one from the GHI (Goodwill Homes 1) Office. Vendors and workers should get their appropriate IDs from the GHI Office too. For house constructions workers, the concerned homeowner must obtain IDs for his workers from the GHI office, as well. This is to ensure that safety and security of the community is maintained at all times.

Goodwill Homes’ business partners that are inside the subdivision are also required to attend meetings, and follow the proper procedure for waste management, public order and safety rules.

Moreover, homeowners are required to dispose of their trash properly. Fines and sanctions are enforced on persons who are caught throwing trash in vacant lots, creeks or rivers. The residents’ goal is to maintain a “Clean and Green Environment”, so they cultivate plants, trees and fronds on vacant lots and in the surrounding areas. In fact, they have scheduled a ‘grass cutter’ every week, or as often as possible, to cut grass and clean up vacant lots.

The water service may have a number of interruptions, as the city government is repairing and strengthening the water reserve of the metropolis. When this happens, a water-service advisory is issued by Maynilad to all homeowners. This is done to allow them to save water for the scheduled service interruptions.

One of the most vital amenities of the subdivision is the Covered Court. It’s a spacious area where Basketball Tournaments are held among the youth or visiting barangays. There are sturdy bleachers where sports fans can watch the game. The Covered Court is renovated regularly to maintain its smooth operation and use. Individuals, who are fitness buffs, can also take advantage of the tennis courts that are safe, clean, secure and enclosed. An exhilarating tennis game would be beneficial to your health.

The Goodwill 1 Youth Club helps the officers of the homeowners’ association to oversee this facility and the other amenities in the village. Aside from this, they also conduct fruitful activities that would help develop them as conscientious individuals.

A spacious Multi-Purpose Hall is available for the variety of indoor activities of homeowners. It can serve as a fitness gym for gymnastics or rumba, or a venue for ballroom dancing. It’s spacious, clean and comfortable.
There’s a playground too, where your kids can frolic; where they can swing, slide, seesaw, and explore the obstacle course/climbing structure on the ground. The Goodwill Homes 2 has this feature. The two subdivisions are a few minutes apart, so you can hop over to Homes 2 and play with your kids.

The subdivision has a Goodwill Community Church, where residents can attend mass and fulfill their religious obligations. There’s also a Dental Clinic in the vicinity. You can have the painful tooth of your child promptly attended to. These are only 2 of the many service providers within the community.

The danger of flooding is significantly minimized because the residents are responsible in taking proper care of their garbage, plus the drainage system is working properly. This makes the subdivision flood-free and safe.
